weekend outing + FOTD + OOTD

**Gosh this post has been seating in "Draft" for almost a week.. hahah, my bad**

I had a great date outing last weekend! Went on a full day date, well, not a full day to be exact, but it started off with tea at LeVain Boulangerie Patisserie at Jalan Delima, KL. I cant give you the directions as I don't really know how to get there myself too. haha. Anyway, this place is just so romantic and a perfect place to bring your date to. Not to mention with all the pastries and beautiful delicious looking cakes. They tasted really heavenly too. I would starve myself the next time before I get there so I can try as many different cakes as I want. Enjoy the pics of some yummies we had. There were four of us that day and boy we sat there for so long eating and laughing the day off! =)

After tea, I was supposed to catch Sex and the City 2 but unfortunately for me and lucky somebody, we watched Toy Story 3 instead. It was a great movie after all, SATC another time then, hahs!

The next thing you know, we went for food again, I felt like a glutton the whole day to be honest. Luckily I was wearing a dress, at least I don't feel my waist area getting tighter and tigher. :P

Anyway, we went to this Japanese place in Pavillion - Ichiban Boshi and boy, all I remember about that place was those funny and blur waiters/ sushi makers. Overall food was great, the chair/ couch was great (they made us sit on a 2-seat couch that I cant really pull when I need to get nearer to the bar table =.=''.... but it was kinda cozy though *smiles*), and waiters were making alot of noise near our seat. I couldn't help but had a little laugh by myself.

my outfit of the day. I was in the mood to dress up and I picked my purple chiffon hem little dress that I hardly wear. Haha. Felt really like a girl that day but I still want to keep my 'edgy' style and therefore I paired it with a pair of black leggings + my 'Christian Louboutin inspired' black oxford boots + black big buckle belt.

Japanese snacks

A Japanese colleague brought back a lot of snacks when he got back from Japan for new year. I took quite a handful of snacks for myself back home, haha.

Dark chocolate biscuit.. this is so unique! a biscuit and a layer of choco. with a ship! hahah.

And there's another one which is the Ume flavoured potato chips.. Oohhhh I love that one so much... A colleague ripped open that one in the office and I didn't get to snap a picture of that.. Don't even know what's the brand... *shrugs*

The one that I don't really like cause I think the taste is a little disturbing...

Since this restaurant's interior caught my eyes, I think it deserve a post here. =)

Mushroom salad - thumbs up!

Cempedak (Malaysia's local fruit - something similar to jackfruit) chicken -

this is something very new to me. Smells really nice of fried cempedak, and the meat was really juicy and sweet. However, the minced chicken was kinda bland..

Seafood platter combo - not mine, but the person said that the portion is too small for him and the food was just nice.

The name is.. The Late Breakfast set. Haha. - this looks yummy and was really yummy. Don't think that these can go wrong with the taste. :P

Lastly, my Grilled Mint Lamb Slivers, wrapped in I don't know, the waiter told me "Potato Skin" ??

Well, this one here was not really that tasty. The lamb was dry and bland.. :(

However, the fries and coleslaw were yummy.

They also serve bottomless in house Fruit Punch for every set that you ordered. I personally think that the food here is just mediacore but this is a nice and cozy place to hang out with some friends for catching up. I think it's also a pub when night comes.

farewell + birthday + syokshock

Jonny is leaving us in A**** finally... Hoooo...
Good thing or bad thing? No more driver, no more cheapskate partner for lunch, etc.. hahhaha
Anyway, I personally think that it's a little funny to celebrate someone's farewell and birthday together.
What is this farewell goodbyes things and happy birthday at one go? Hmmmm....

Anyway, we went to TGI Fridays after our seats are soaked in rain water at D'Italiane Kitchen, Jaya33. Not too bad after all since TGI has the birthday crew. They scared the hella out of Jonny. LOL!!!

So, someone brought over some Chocolate Condoms for the birthday boy in case he got lucky that night. LOL

Anyway, since the night is still young, Wolfie and I went to Brussels, JayaOne for some drinks. Nah... he can't cheat me into taking the Forbidden Fruit again this time. Hahhaha. I had my new cocktail, Julianna Blue, which appeared kinda childish to me coz it's too huge and too BLUE. :P

Don't get me wrong, I'm a "Martini" kinda girl so this Bluish cocktail is a little too fancy for me, but nevertheless, it tasted great of Malibu + Rum, I think. Not a bad choice at all =)

He also brought along this Cigars and started smoking in front of me. Cant help it, but it's funny. Hahahs. It completes the "Mafia" look with no effort at all! *Oppps, :O*

After Brussels, we head to Mardi Gras, where me, thinking and hoping to be able to catch the long - awaited Fashion Show again. Again and again, I missed it. What the @#$%??

Hmm, apart from that, this picture concludes the night tho. Oh ya, I hurt my toe too that night!

Painful as hell and I cant really walk properly and I think I saw blood too..

While driving home after that, I saw a few cars after an accident and that was quite bad. I thought God might have buy some time with me hurting my toe so I won't leave that place in order to skip the accident? Hmmm... talking bout self-comforting.. =)

very cheap deal here where you get a bowl of nice hot yummy porridge + a bowl of yau char kwai for RM3.90 nett. 2 thumbs up for this!

I think it's a great concept to open such stall in the middle of town in a shopping centre because personally, I love having porridge & yau char kwai and it's really really hard for me to get this anywhere unless I go to the place near Kajang's wet market early in the morning. Well, that's also because I only know to get it from this place. Hahas.
