OOTD + FOTD + new club "The Opera"

What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear a club with the name, The Opera?
Hahahs. For a moment, I thought it's gonna be some theather like club where there's a huge stage with big red curtains and of course, performances or maybe some acting? LOL! I thought of Phantom of the Opera too.. the man with the mask "I think his name was, Erik?" And I remembered I was asking my roommate, who happens to work under the company that owns the club, "Isn't that weird?"


So.. I went to check out the newly launched club in town with a bunch of friends. I had to work overtime that night too, which resulted in going to the club with bad hair + i-am-in-a-rush makeup. Anyway, this was my look that night. =)

That was actually my friend's fedora I was posing with. I still cant get to find the one that I want till now..

Anyway, back to the club, there are all together 4 floors with different concepts where the 1st and 3rd floor (dance & stunts) are interconnected and the 2nd floor is kinda hidden and quiet. Suitable for intimate dates imho. Haha. While the 4th floor is the rooftop kind of bar.. something like LunaBar or Skybar.

I still don't really get it on why so many people keep saying that the place sucks. Well, for me, it's decent enough as a place to chill and drink with some close friends.  Maybe not so much of dancing as there's no dance floor around. And yea, I have to admit that the performances *chinese acrobats - plates balancing, body balancing, hoops, ropes, etc* were kinda weird though. I thought there'll be continuous stunts the whole night, well maybe not the whole night but during the happy hours? But every stunt lasted for about 5-10 minutes every 30minute-1hour. Hmmm...

Went for my appointment with my dearest doctor this morning and again, the routine, take off, lie down, touch touch, laugh laugh, talk talk, pakai!

HAHHAHAhhaha.... sorry if that sounds obscene. =p

Well, I don't know.. I wanna try to go to a topless beach someday.. I've gained lotsa courage from this experience here. =D

Anyway, went to Gardens, MidValley to do some x'mas gifts shopping... yeah.. I have 2 gifts in my mind at first and as I walked around the place... I found more stuffs for myself! :O

The horror began....

I bought a pair of Levi's new arrival jeans.. the Slim PattyAnne jeans... Maybe you don't read what am I saying here but this is the Red Tab jeans that I must have.. erm, want to have. I thought I looked fabulous in the changing room with that pair of jeans on and yeah.. I bought it!

it was a long long wait...

Finally, after so long, I can strike off the "wristlet" from my wishlist. I've been wanting to get one since like forever and it really did took me forever to get the right one. So much patience has been tested here. Finally and finally, I got myself one from Coach. It's the new Op Chainlink design with color combination of purple, grey and dark blue. This is just so brilliant and stylish and I fell in love with it at the first sight. I knew this is the one for me. This is supposed to be my birthday present from "someone". Thanks! =)

Next item, my oxford heels. I admit, I'm a very very fussy person when it comes to fashion be it my clothes, the shoes, bags, cosmetics and skincare. Especially shoes. A slight extra thing/ design on the heels and I won't wanna get it. I want exactly how my mind pictured it. Crazy? That's also why I've been searching and waiting to get the right one for so long! All I wanted was the most basic covered up laced oxford heels. However, people get too creative and came out with peep-toed, two-tones, or fat heels and even funny funny cuts here and there. Thank god I finally found something that my mind agrees with. *all smiles again*

balmain jackets

As I've said before, I really do love the spring season. I always feel that this season never failed to bring in extraordinary styles.

The fashion world is now so chaotic with the new Balmain Military style jacket. Look at those shoulders. The shoulders somehow reminded me of my primary school teachers (in the 80s - 90s) who wore their coats with thick shoulder pads. But of course, this Balmain looks edgier than ever and brings out the man in any woman who is wearing it. This certainly creates a tough and rugged look on heels and lipstick. At least, this is what I thought. =)

what's the crazy raves about the SPICY HEELS from Louis Vuitton Spring 2009 Collections? Well, maybe you wouldn't understand why, but I do. :P


LV's Spring 09 Collection designed by Marc Jacobs this time around brings lots of african inspired designs which are so exotic and rare and refreshing. This is especially when there are additional touch of beads and tribal inspired fringes and even masks added to the ethnic inspiration. This is really one of the styles that I so so so love very much.


Will I ever get a pair of these? One pair is priced at approx. $2,217.
