shoes weekend

suprisingly enough, this weekend ends so soon. I was exhausted from the shopping on Saturday in KL, and the night support issues that finally happened to me, when my colls said that I am always lucky and will still will be lucky. Guessed that 'my fate' is very 'siu hei' and can't be praised or else it will just go away. Hmm... I woke up at 2++ am and another round was at 4++ am. Felt so frustrated as I was really soundly asleep and I was so tired from the whole day shopping.
Talking about shopping spree, who doesn't like it? Looking for bargains and sales and also, scouting for the items and designs that I want.

Got myself more pairs of heels and the one that I love the most will be the Black Maryjanes that looked so classy with two tiny straps to be buckled up. Worth the $$, if you'd asked me. =)

Unlisted by Kenneth Cole - Club Style, $45.00

Mine looks something like this (found in Internet), just that it is in plain black.

(was lazy to take pic of mine and upload it here)

I actually also saw a pair of heels that resembles to a Nine West that I once considered to have but in a hold right now, and of course, the one that I saw was not made of leather but boy, the design I would give it a 90% match. The Nine West pair costs around RM300 and this pair I saw, is just less than RM100. I didn't get it tho, preferred the Nine West more and also, I've hit my budget for heels of the day..

Nine West Olavera in Black (100% leather)

I was also looking for Oxfords that looked something like these, but just could not find the right one for my senses. =(

These are just too expensive for me right now

Max Studio - Zanzibar (100% leather)

$180.00

.

Moschino Cheap & Chic Grey Patent Bootie (100% patent leather, Made in Italy)

$485.00 = RM 1600++!!

.

..

Via Spiga - Ramble (leather + patent leather)

$225.00

.

Nine West - Omygosh (100% leather)
$99.00

.

.
oxfords fever right now~

BB Cream - i love

Girls, you can now live without your daily foundations or powders!!
Because... the HOTS are now at the new invention - BB Cream or "Beblesh Balm"

I actually got to try out my first BB cream last year when I got some samples of different types of BB Cream from a friend who frequents to Korea. Not too bad at all, I can say that it is a total replacement for your daily foundations. Gives great coverage, super blendable and flawless finishing. However, I did not go for it as I thought that the price was a little too high for something new like that and yeah, that particular brand is a bit too oily for my liking. But, it's normal that the BB Cream gives your face a dewy look and not matte. Good if your complexion is clean and clear of blemishes. Perfect dewy look is the look that I will always wanted to achieve. Hehs

However, I do not know from where or how that the BB Cream craze got to Malaysia and somewhat the girls are really crazy with those BB creams and we can see alot of different cosmetic brands are coming out with their own BB Cream. Just as what happened to mineral makeup back then when it was the best thing that happened when Bare Essentuals and Everyday Minerals are dominating the market. Just recently we can also see that Loreal and Revlon can't afford to lose at creating their own minerals too.

Of all that I've heard about BB Creams, I came across to a striking packaging of its type... In SHOCKING PINK! Can you imagine how superb a BB cream looks like in this particular packaging? Hats off to the designers and their marketing strategies. It really does caught my attention and I couldn't resist it and I got myself one. HAHHAHAHHA :D

This is how it looks like...

I seriously do not really know the full name of this product, so let's just call it as
"SUPER Beblesh Balm Triple Functions - PINK"

ooh.. correction. Just found out the full name of this product somewhere. It's -
HOT PINK Super Plus Beblesh Balm Triple Function
(why is there no pink color in blogspot?)

It is made in Korea, an obviously Korean product, by a company named SKIN79. Yeah, that's also the brand. It's quite a new product as it only came out last year somewhere in June. Why is it called the Triple Functions? Well, it claims to have the functionalities of:

  • Whitening

  • Ultraviolet rays interception SPF25 PA+++

  • Wrinkle Free

Other main attractions: Good oil control, contains Q10 that provides moisturization for skin & contains Aloe Vera that improve skin texture.

This product has excellent coverage and can totally replace your make up base or even your foundation. It can also correct your irregular skin tones, discolorations and dull complexion naturally. I've tried on it and I can say that I am really satisfied with the results~ Another reason for me loving it is because it does not gives me the oily feeling of a 'balm' unlike some other brands which I have tested and sampled before. It is suprisingly very light instead. If you're afraid that your face might look a little oily (which is dewy and nice if your skin is perfect), you can just finish your face by dusting some loose powder on top of it. :D

Just love it!

Some additonal info - if you can read Korean :P

true spa, not DIY spa

I have been receiving calls from True Spa, Jaya33 few weeks ago for a complimentary massage, being said to be introduced by a friend of mine, who apparently, I could not recall such a name :D

Well nevermind of that, coz I could not make an appointment with them and I keep missing their calls. Dunno why do they call me at odd hours all the time..

.

But.. but, but.. I went there yesterday night and got myself a complimentary 1 as well. The place was cozy, ambience was nice, relaxing.. Stripped off for a Sabahan old lady and I almost dozed off. It was great, it was painful, but I somehow love this type of pain and can bear with it.. Felt so nice that I think I might be going back there again. Went to check out the "VIP" room as well, customised for couples to do their massage together, hydrobath together, soaking in the jacuzzi together, and mabbe, could shower together and have some romantic moments... hahaha *No pics ler... too busy checking out the place** Oh ya, another thing that really caught my attention was the "CHOCOLATE" bath!! OOh.. so wanna try that out.. Want to feel being pampered.

the love for mascaras

Flamingo vs Relian mascara

I know.. 'Flamingo'?? Yes, both are from Taiwan and so, the names.

Personally, I'm a mascara fan and I love using mascaras. Imagine, these could just help you to get compliments like "Your eyes are so captivating.. ", "are those real? ", "your eyelashes are so nice and natural looking.." Heaps.. those compliments are not the main point, it's just something I do for 'self-satisfaction'. And sometimes, when I get excited making them longer and longer (which could be achieved with these 2 particular brands only) I felt scared at the same time as it would be too 'overrated' kekekkek :D

Trust me, these 2 beat all those that you can get from drugstores, i.e. Watsons, Guardian, SaSa.. blek

What's so nice? Well, it comes in 2 tubes, with one called the "fiber" and another called the "transplanting gel". The fiber just adds in as "fake but natural looking lash" and the gel just compliments it.
Results: Long, lengthy, natural - looking, not clumpy eyelashes lor *

Flamingo:

Relian:

They sit above of all these brands that I've tried using before:

  • Maybeline

  • Loreal

  • Fasio (3D)

  • KATE

  • Clarins

  • Clinique

  • Anna Sui

  • Deja Vu FiberWig (The infamous "IN" mascara which gives the most natural look - as marketed and is known to be the most desired mascara at the moment. But trust me, the Taiwanese's ones are way much better!!)

wasted alot of bucks from the brands mentioned above :D What to do? Hunting for the best mascara all the time... blek. Am thinking of investing in "Majorlica" & "KISS ME" after this =)

Mad about Coach Wristlets!

"The authentic Coach wristlet is the perfect size for a night on the town when all you need is room for some cash and a credit card. The Coach wristlet, smallest of the Coach handbags line, can be worn dangling from the wrist or carried loosely in hand. This wristlet is stylishly chic and extremely popular with the teenage set and is fast becoming a standard gift at graduation time. The 12” strap with clip for attaching to the inside of a larger handbag, or to form a wrist strap is included and the stunning designs and dazzling colorings provide notice that this another example of the legendary Coach creativity on display. The Coach wristlet is the perfect alternative to a larger handbag for the dynamic woman who is always on the go. "

I wanted to get one for myself too!! I love them and hate them so much because there are just so many different styles and looks and this made it even worst for me to make a choice... Well, I can't be buying more of this else I'm gonna burn my pocket real bad. =(

Some tiny tiny wristlets to share...

relationship dilemmas

We humans face an incredibly difficult dilemma that we should call it the - intimacy conflict.
It consists of 2 desires that seems to be at odds with each other.

On the one hand, we want to be in a relationship, to feel we belong, to give and receive love.

On the other hand, we want to be free, single and not controlled by another person.

We want both closeness n distance, togetherness n seperateness, love n independence.

But each desire has its own disadvantages. In a relationship, we can be hurt n are responsible to one another. Here is where we lose our seperateness. But if you want seperateness, you will have to pay the price, which is loneliness.

We have our freedom but may miss the wwarmth of love. I believe we all experience this conflict but those who have had more emotional pain in previous relationships will experience it to a greater degree.

I love art and have always been an art person and sometimes I wonder have I chosen the wrong track in my life. I envy people who produced incredible and fine art. I wished I could be one of them and have my own masterpiece. This would be the carefree career that I have always wanted. However, I chose to go this way to face thousands lines of codes all the time and I can't say no now. Hmm.. so, just get over it eh? Nevermind, if only I can have the time.
Found some sites with total uniqueness of ideas and cool flash.

Mask, anyone?

Promoting one of the best selling masks in Taiwan at the moment.....I got a sample from a friend, and this mask is really good...+ affordable and definitely not gonna burn ur pocket. Effective as ever and is just as good as the expensive SK - II or Anna Sui or BioTherm hahhaa..
It's a collagen mask and it suitable for any skin type. AS u know how collagen is GooD to ur skin.. heheh, has the effect of 'brigthening' and not 'whitening', u can put on the mask everyday for rapid effects and i know it's annoying... but I still cant believe how cheap it is!! hheheheh.. Thanks for the sample anyway...

There's always a nice feeling after each time u pamper ur face with a mask. Refreshing and super clean and super smooth hehehe.. Gonna be addicted to it soon :P
Unfortunately, I don't think you can find this product anywhere local here as it is manufactured in Taiwan and is an Australian brand. Not market in Malaysia yet.. I guess?
Not bad trying this new product, I am satisfied with it. Recommend to u guys if u could find it anywhere. Btw, the brand is 'Dainty'.

beauty a stereotype?

I just watched a taiwanese show during my dinner time. I think the title of it is 'Beauty' or Ciao! Bella.. Well, this show is basically about giving beauty tips for women and maybe a few of the men out there. This show is pretty amazing as they tell you what should you do with erm.., every part of your body to make them look good, well perfect as they said and maintaing the fairness of your skin. Ya..fair = beauty. Tell me exactly how stereotyped is that. And yes, i remembered in one of the episodes, a woman.. well to be polite, a lady, recommended a certain cream that she claimed worked well in lightening the dark skin of her nipples.. and she wanted to 'achieve' pink nipples.. ya.. you read me, pink nipples! I wondered, has she watched too much japanese hentai where all the girls in it have pinkish nipples??

This type of people are just so applicable to one of The Star article which is about 'the new breed of females - the stupid girls'.

The hostess of the show mentioned about some other girls which they happened to bumped into on the street and they judged each and every girl from their hair to their toe and the most is their face and skin and even their eyebrows and on how dry or how oily their faces are. Well, i wonder is being beautiful externally is so damn important until, the must have masks for their eyes, their forehead, their chins, their necks, hands, breasts, everywhere?? huh.. they must be the women with the most free time and money! And less time for some brains to work.

Their definition of a beautiful woman - fair skin, pores not more than 0.000001 nm, face without pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, freckles, neck without visible necklines, eyes without visible eyebags, no dull skin, perfect fair arms, soft arms, nicely-done manicures, and if can, more than D-cup breast size (i personally think that their size measuring has a big problem), small hips and the list goes on....... n in the show.. there is one particular word that is repeated again and again - "KE Ai~~~~ " which means cute here... It is so important that whatever you do, you have to be cute, ur clothes, ur makeup and looks, ur hair.. ur panties.. have to be just "CUTE". Well, in case they do not know what does cute actually means, or maybe the Taiwanese have different interpretations for it.

No offense here, but all these are just not my type. They are all those such typical and made themselves such weak ladies. They have just one aim in their life as a woman.. which is to dress up in their own pretty and cute way for a date and to make their men fall over and over again to their shells. Dress up, go for a date, boyfriend says you look pretty and live happily ever after.

sorry, but totally different thinkings here.

"ying wei you huo, shuo yi you huo hua

yi wei bi he, maya shong cu yi jian shou suite

he bian he lun, hong tut tut, huang pian pian"

the best thing about those few lines of chinese poems, is the feeling when those words were uttered. Anyone who knows chinese will find them plain nonsense, but for me, those are really meaningful as there are only 2 people who wil understand the whole thing. Two faces facing each other gazing at each other's eyes.. The smaller one was cuddled as a baby by the bigger one. When the whole poem was decided and remembered, she pleaded him to write them down for she was afraid of forgetting them. He said those are plain no-meaning words and crazy but she insisted. So he got down from the bed to get a pen and some papers. He returned to the bed and laid beside her and was ready to write the poem down.. She looked at him as he was jottting down those words.. She felt happy and sweet not because of the poem, but the way he was willing to do such nonsense stuffs together with her. They had a good laugh the whole nite because of the poem...

These memories are priceless. The time u spent with your loved ones are equally priceless too. Do treasure every moment, think about them each and every time and you will laugh a little by urself or will be smiling the whole day...
